Users of the facility do so at their own
risk. Dogs must be removed from the off-leash dog area at the
first sign of aggression. Handlers are legally responsible for
any injuries caused by the dog(s) under their control.

Maximum weight for the small dog area is
25lbs.

The off leash dog area is for dogs, their
handlers, and those accompanying them. No other use is allowed.

Dogs residing in the City must be legally
licensed by the City of Mobile (Sec. 7-61) and all dogs must be
vaccinated for Rabies (Sec. 7-41) and other diseases.
Visible tags may serve as proof.

Dogs under 4 months of age and female dogs in
heat are prohibited.

Dogs must be on leash when entering and
exiting the off leash dog area. Handlers must have possession
of the dog leash at all times.

Dogs must be under the control of their
handler, and in view of their handler at all times.

Pronged and spiked collars are prohibited.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult.

Handlers must “scoop the poop”, and fill any
holes dug by dogs under their control.

No human food or smoking allowed. Training
treats are permitted.
